Animethon added some traditional Japanese cultural events to its program this year and we were delighted to offer ikebana demonstrations to compliment the tea ceremony, held in the same room.

With overflow attendance on Saturday, and a good crowd on Sunday, the enthusiastic interest in flower arranging certainly made it a worthwhile effort. Here are few photos of Jean-Marcel’s arrangements, the tea ceremony set up, and some of the Animethon participants.
